Building Women of Integrity through service to God, family, community and country

Faith, Service, and Fun

Chartered by St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Church in 2012, AHG Troop TX1325 is a Christ-centered character and leadership development program for girls aged 5-18. AHG is dedicated to the mission of building women of integrity through service to God, family, community, and country.

Our progressive program emphasizes six key components to achieve the mission of building women of integrity known as the AHG Program Emphases which includes programming, experiences, and resources for every age level.

AHG's programming is rich in opportunities for girls of all ages and abilities. As girls grow and change, so should the activities that they do. With each AHG Level, girls are introduced to new skills, experiences (including outdoor adventures such as Summer Resident Camp and High Adventure Trips) and leadership positions, as well as given opportunities to grow closer to the Lord. Girls who complete the program will be Christ-following servant leaders who are honoring, relational, anchored in Christ, and competent.

The American Heritage Girls Badge program provides opportunities for girls to interact across age groups, as older girls teach younger girls. Each badge can be earned at four different levels (Tenderheart, Explorer, Pioneer and Patriot) and is divided into six Frontiers: Our Heritage, Personal Well-Being, Family Living, The Arts, Science and Technology, and Outdoor Skills.
